Mr. Francis has over 34 years of surveying, cartography, project management, and executive experience with Aero-Graphics and is currently a Co-President of the company, providing executive leadership, front-office management, and oversight of senior staff. In addition, he serves as the current President of MAPPS and been an active participant on the board of directors since 2021. Mr. Francis is an ASPRS Certified Photogrammetrist.
