The company has been instrumental in numerous high-profile projects, including the Union Station Revitalization, Billy Bishop Airport, the Toronto-York Spadina Subway Extension, Bolsover Dam, the RC Harris Water Treatment Plant expansion, and the Port Lands Flood Protection Project, as well as various landmark mixed-use commercial and residential developments.

This was exemplified when Monir earned Founders Honors at Bentley Systems’ 2024 Year in Infrastructure and Going Digital Awards for their groundbreaking work on the No. 31 Parliament Street Condos project. Using drone technologies, automated instrumentation, and Bentley’s iTwin IoT platform, Monir created an evergreen digital twin that combined design data with reality capture and real-time monitoring feedback. This innovative approach saved the project 3,000 hours and $1 million, while enhancing risk management and safety performance.
